| "King Lover" was born May 11, 1984 in Sumter, South Carolina. Raised in a singing family "King Lover" always had the desired to sing but hidden it for years. It wasn't until he was 15 when he wrote his first song "Shari" and got serious about it. At the age of 16 "King Lover" formed his first group which was a duo called "Ready 4 Love" which recorded their first, and only song "Paradise.
